BLESSINGS
ABOVE: ORANGE VALLEY CHURCH AND SOME OF
THE OA KIDS WITH THEIR ART PROJECT AFTER THEIR
VBS.
BELOW: BE2LIVE’S CREW WORKING ON JENNY AND
MIGUEL’S HOUSE. IT IS SUCH A BLESSING TO BE
ABLE TO BUILD THIS FAMILY A HOUSE THIS SUMMER. THEY HAVE HAD SUCH A HARD COUPLE OF
YEARS, IT WILL BE NICE TO HAVE A NICE HOUSE TO
CALL HOME!
“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out
fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one
who fears is not made perfect in love.”

A
s summer begins, we
are continually blessed
by the missions groups
that come and serve OA and
the community. Without
them, OA would never be

what it is today, and we would

physically. We want to give a
special thanks to Orange Valley Church, from Exeter
CA who helped demolish our nursery room and begin the
remodeling of it, as well as teach the children valuable
lessons from the Bible.
Additionally, Be2Live, from Novato, CA brought a
group to start the framing of Jenny and Miguel’s home.
These are the two children we rescued from the orphanage last year and brought their family back together.
They currently live in a small home, all four of them
sharing a room infested with mold. With the help of
Be2live and many other groups, we will build them a new
home, where they can enjoy being a family, and thanking
God that He kept their family together!
Also, The Nehemiah Project Intl, from Visalia, CA
brought a ministry team. They held a sports camp for the
OA kids, took a prayer walk around town, praying for the
community and stopping at homes to pray where the
spirit led. They ended at Griselda’s home, the mother
who has severe brain damage and they brought church
to her. They also blessed her family by sharing a meal
and cleaning her home. Furthermore, they helped at
High Voltage, where handfuls of teens came to the altar!

W
e are renting a place from the
strip mall right next door to OA
for the teens to hang out during
the summer and prepare for their next missions trip in August. In this place, we will hold
music classes, practice dramas, prepare
ministry events, and just have a safe place to
“hang out.” We are in need of a few things.
Maybe you can help!?!
