ITEM 1.
Scanning of old year VA Files – impractical because of the need to build document
manifests and the fact that we’re already a year and a half into imagining current
files. Back file scanning; therefore, it isn’t practical.
ITEM 2.
Staffing updates - LW and Belle Glade
Discussion:
Marvita has two individuals to consider for Belle Glade opening. LW Campus has Roslyn
Hardy OPS for 6 weeks. LW Campus has received authorization to hire an additional
advisor.

Video Library for current students
Discussion:
FAFSA Hints– Marvita/Angel/Dave – Video scheduled for Thursday 2/19 9:30am –Dave’s
office. Wednesday – 2/18 –Dugues FA121/BAS Program

VA /Certif. Officials/New Chapter 33 Conference – St. Petersburg discussed the need for
individuals to attend from each campus (Angel should attend).
PBCC Grant – discussed eliminating the 6 credit minimum enrollment requirement
