Welcome to Barcadia Bar | Restaurant | Grill and Ohm Lounge, we are sure
that once you see what our facility has to offer you will know that your event
belongs here. The information in this package should be a comprehensive
look at our food, beverage, and gaming packages. If you do not see what
you want, ASK!!! We would be happy to custom tailor a package for your
event. We are perfect for your next luncheon, holiday event, corporate event,
fundraiser, wedding reception or rehearsal dinner, launch party, sporting
event, reunion, or birthday party. From 25 to 500, Barcadia Bar | Restaurant
| Grill and Ohm Lounge are New Orleans’ most exciting venues and the perfect
place to host your next event.
The facility is conveniently located in the Warehouse District at 601
Tchoupitoulas St. one block from Poydras Ave., three blocks from Convention
Center Blvd. and Harrah’s Casino, 5 blocks from the French Quarter. Spanning
nearly 10,000 square feet Barcadia Bar | Restaurant | Grill and Ohm Lounge
both sit under one roof and cater to whatever style you need.
Barcadia blends together gourmet grub, great drinks, vintage pin-up art,
and a vast selection of modern and retro arcade games. This place will make
you feel like a kid again. Barcadia consists of three rooms that can be used
separately or together as one event space. The Barcadia space boasts two
outdoor patios that can be used as smoking areas or seating for those that
want to soak up a little sunshine.
Ohm Lounge is beautifully decorated with traditional Japanese and Chinese
influences, the décor is stunning yet simple. Traditional hand-made Shoji
screens and imported furniture from Japan and Singapore adorn the walls.
This is the perfect place for your small upscale event.

A flexible floor plan is the key to any successful event. Our
facility can comfortably accommodate groups from 25 to
500. Pocket doors expand and contract make the space as
intimate or spacious as you would like.

Main dining room rental is based upon strict availability.
This room faces Tchoupitoulas St. with its own patio. Call
for rental rates.

Private event room that can be used in conjunction with
Barcadia 1 or the Arcade Room.
This room has its own private entrance on Lafayette St.
Rental is available 7 days a week. Rental rates increase or
decrease based upon days and times of events.

R O O M
This room opens up directly into Barcadia 2 and Ohm
Lounge. It is accessed through Barcadia 1 via the common
hallway. It does has a private entrance that opens up onto
Lafayette Street.

L O U N G E
The beautiful tucked away gem within the facility. The
lounge opens up into the arcade room and common
hallway if necessary. With its own entrance, OHM can be
operated completely separate from the Barcadia rooms in
the front of the property. Rental rates increase or decrease
based upon days and times of events.

W H AT D O I N E ED TO R E S ERV E A S PACE? A signed contract and deposit is needed to reserve a space. If you
would like to place a hold on a particular date, your hold will remain until 7 days before the party date, where as a signed contract and
deposit will be required or your hold will be released.
I F SO M EO N E HAS A F IR ST HO L D, HOW DO I BOOK T H E DAT E? A signed contract and deposit will
be required. Once a signed contract and deposit are in hand, First holds have a 72 hour first right of refusal to either release the date or
sign a contract. Once the 72 hours have passed, the 2nd hold will acquire the date.
W H AT I F I P U T A DEP OS IT A ND THE 1ST H OLD SECURE S T H E DAT E? Your deposit would be
returned to you in full.
W H AT D E P OS I T DO YO U R EQ U IR E? Deposits vary depending on the date, time & cost of the event. Typically 25%.
W H E N D O I PAY MY BA L A NCE? The balance must be presented in full by check, cash or credit card before the event
takes place. Please note that credit card payments will be subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
W H AT I S YO UR CA NCEL L ATIO N P OLICY? There is no cancellation policy by either party with regard to
contracts, we contracted with you and were not able to contract with anyone else. Once the contract has been mutually agreed upon
and executed the contract may not be amended for any reason unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
D O I H AV E TO P U R CHAS E FO O D, DRIN KS , GAM E S OR ALL? There is no requirement to purchase all
items but the food and beverage minimum must be hit in order to secure a space.
M AY I D ECO RATE? Decorations are allowed in the space which you have reserved. If any damage occurs as a result of the
decorations, the client will be responsible for the damage.
M AY I B RI N G A CA KE? Cakes are allowed for private events only.
WHEN CAN I TELL YOU THE FINAL NUMBER OF GUESTS? Guest count is due 7 days before the event.
W H AT A RE TA X RATE S & S ERV IC E CH ARGE S? Tax rate is 9.75% and the facility service charge is 20%.
W H AT I S THE AGE TO ENTER? Barcadia is all ages until 9pm. If an events guests are predominantly under age a sheriff
detail will be required.
CA N I HO LD A S PAC E WITHO U T A DE POSIT ? Yes. You can place holds but holds are subject to the terms
listed above.
CA N I TA K E M Y FO O D HO ME? Absolutely. Just ask the manager or server to help you box up your food.
