Phillip Randolph Campus High School ID card with the Orientation online form. This card will be required to enter the building. It will also serve as a meal card and as a library card. Please pay attention to the specifications for the photo, if not done correctly you will have to have the photo taken during the first week of school. Submitting the photo online will allow us to give you your Randolph ID the day school begins. You must submit the photo on time for accurate processing. If you do not have access to a digital camera or a computer, you can come into A. Phillip Randolph Campus High School over the summer Monday thru Thursday from 9AM to noon to have the ID photo taken. Please note that all online form submissions require photos to be uploaded before submitting, so failure to have your photo ready before submission will prevent sending in the rest of the relevant information on the form. Please do not send photo of groups and of other people besides yourself in the pictures and try circling yourself in it. Take 2 seconds and take a formal photograph of yourself from the shoulders up. No crazy backgrounds, no crazy poses, no crazy outfits, just a picture of you in front of a blank wall. Your photo must be in a JPEG format (x.jpg or x.jpeg); please do not send other formats they don’t work with our ID card system. The file must be no larger than 2 inches x 3 inches in dimensions and have a file size no larger than 100kb. If you do not have any programs that will manipulate photos there are 2 free photo editing programs that can be used for this purpose: Picasa3 (URL http://picasa.google.com/), or Paint.NET (URL - http://www.getpaint.net/). Both will allow you to crop, change the file size and dimensions of your photo and both are free to download and install. Examples of good & bad photos are shown below: Good photo Bad Photo Bad Photo Because of the volume of photos we are going to receive, each photo MUST be named in a specific fashion. Please do not name it my photo or me at home or me at the beach etc. Name your photo with your 9 digit OSIS # and Your Full Name (.ie 226688810-JohnDoe). This will tell us all we need to know about. NOTE: FAILURE TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO IN THE APPROPRIATE MANNER WILL RESULT IN YOU PHOTO NOT BEING ACCEPTED AND WILL REQUIRE YOU GETTING A PHOTOGRAPH TAKEN BY BTHS DURING THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL.
