The ATOM system which supports the automation of brokerage
payments, provides for rate specifications that include commodity
code as an attribute. Currently the commodity code field in
ATOM used to define and maintain rates is limited to two
characters, however, ICE Clear US commodity codes can contain
up to three characters. Beginning Monday, June 30, 2014 firms
will be able to define rates for these products using a two
character ATOM translation of the three character ICE Clear US
commodity code.
Following is list of all ICE Futures US products processed through
ATOM and the applicable ATOM commodity code that can be
used to define product specific rates. Firms are welcome to
establish rates using the new ATOM commodity code prior to the
go live date for the transition of NYSE/Liffe products scheduled
for Saturday, June 28, 2014.
