Archives and Local Studies collection guide no.4 Sport London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Heritage Services 09.2015 Location Bay 10 of the main shelves Scope of the collection Barking and Dagenham has produced many wellknown sports personalities, such as Sir Alf Ramsey, manager of the World Cup-winning England football team in 1966, and several of his players. The Archives and Local Studies Centre holds biographies and press cuttings relating to them.
