Transforming Community Neurology The NHS England Community Neurology Project Conference The NHS Five Year Forward View sets out a plan for patient-centred, integrated care which is delivered locally. This has major implications for people living with neurological conditions and those who provide services for them. The NHS England Community Neurology Project is facilitating a coordinated programme of work to improve care and outcomes for people living with neurological conditions. A commissioning brief will be published in May 2016. This conference will outline the content of the commissioning brief, cover developments in community neurology and finish with workshops to decide future directions and groups to initiate action and secure funding.
