NEW 30 MINUTE CLASSES:
BARBELL LIFT*: Pure strength training using barbell & body bar equipment. It’s not about lifting heavy weights, it’s about finding the weight that
works for you.
BAREFOOT BUNS: Powerful, high-energy cardio workout focusing on the largest muscle in your body combing squats, lunges, body weight,
plyometric drills and yoga poses. Equipment-free and barefoot recommended
BARS N’ WHISTLES: Kicks your strength training up a notch with fun n’ crazy interval cardio training.
BOSU BLEND: Hop on a BOSU (blue half-circle) for unique exercises of total body workouts blending strength and cardio with an EXTRA serving of
balance training to give you a serious core workout.
CARDIO MASH: Mash up some good ole cardio with strength intervals to give you a jammed packed 30 minute workout.
CARDIO COUNTDOWN: Make fat burning fun in this 30 minute "strictly cardio" class.

TABATA : The fastest 30 minutes and the longest 4 minutes of your day! Work up your cardio & strength with 30 minutes of HIITS (High Intensity
Interval Training) utilizing the TABATA format of 20 seconds of intense work, followed by a 10 second rest period.
TREAD n TRIM**: Say good bye to that tedious ole treadmill work out that you've been dreading. Work in a group setting with interval walks,
sprints and hills. Quickly turn that treadmill into your open road, where you will melt away those calories in a new, fun and exciting way! CLASS

TRX ESSENTIAL: Make your body your machine. Push, pull, lift and lower your body like never before utilizing a suspension strap for those essential
major muscles while building a rock solid core with every move.
CARDIO/STRENGTH/SCULPT CLASSES:

BOOTCAMP: Think burpees, box jumps, partner drills, sprints, push-ups, Tabata, H.I.T.T. drills, weights and endurance training, etc.. It’s intense, it’s
indoor/outdoor and always delivers results!
CYCLE*: Simulates an outdoor bike ride. Enjoy a group experience improving endurance and cardiovascular health while cycling to energizing
music. Sign up required. Reserve a bike a month in advance for $3.
INTRO TO CYCLE*: Get properly fitted on the bike and learn the basics to start your cycle program. Sign up required.
FITNESS DANCE: Salsa, Hip Hop, and Jazz – it covers all with an upbeat aerobic rate! A great full body workout for anyone who likes to let loose and
have fun while working up a sweat!
GROWING STRONGER: Intervals of aerobic exercise to increase stamina and endurance. Strength training utilizing body weight, resistance bands,
free weights and barbell equipment to maintain bone integrity and improve balance and coordination.
KICKBOXING $: Kick, punch and sculpt your body with this awesome cardio workout! Register at the Front Desk.
P90X: Transform your body with intense workouts that use resistance and body-weight training, cardio, plyometrics, ab work, martial arts and yoga.
SILVER SNEAKERS: Designed exclusively for older adults to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
ZUMBA: A fun “feel-happy” workout incorporating a fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and
effective fitness system!
ZUMBA LITE: Beginner and active older adults looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
YOGA CLASSES:
ALL LEVELS YOGA : Open for both beginners and people with experience. Combines mindful movements, alignment, and breathe, to renew mind body and
spirit. Modifications and adjustments are provided.
RESTORATIVE YOGA: Specific to the individual with previous injuries and/or special needs. Special attention given to proper alignment of poses.
SILVER SNEAKERS YOGA STRETCH: A complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform postures
designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction
and mental clarity. NO FLOOR WORK.
YOGA: Combines mindful movements, body alignment and breath to renew mind body and spirit.
