Join us this August for an international dance camp in
one of the most sacred sites in the world: Machu Picchu,
Peru. ADTC has two great programs: a ten-night dance
leadership camp for teenage girls (ages 14 – 17), and a
seven-night dance fitness camp for ladies ages 21 +. Ten
percent of all proceeds will benefit “Casa De Milagros,”
an orphanage in the Sacred Valley.
Both camps explore the intersection of modern Peruvian
culture and dance with the ancient technologies of yoga
and meditation. Campers participate in cultural activities
centered on giving back and making a mark on the local
community. Our dance & yoga immersions are designed
to be dynamic catalysts for personal growth and deep
inner work. Indulge in a life-changing journey!
Campers stay at the Hanaq Pacha Retreat Center in the
Sacred Valley. Beautiful, traditionally decorated tipis
sleep 3 – 4 campers each, while our gourmet chef serves
up organic Peruvian cuisine (vegetarian and raw food
diets can be accommodated). The retreat center features
a beautiful 800 square foot yoga/dance studio.
About Casa de Milagros:
Casa de Milagros is an orphanage in the Sacred Valley
serving over 3,500 children. It provides shelter, food,
medical care and a progressive education that fosters a
positive sense of self. Each camper is asked to bring 1

qualify for our “Early-Bird Rate.” A minimum $500 per-camper deposit MUST be authorized on each application, but we recommend you pay in full to
receive 10% off tuition or pay a 50% deposit to receive 5% off tuition. All final balances will be due by August 1. Unfortunately, ADTC cannot accept checks.

ADTC WORLD DANCE CAMP 2009 REGISTRATION PROCESS & POLICIES
To Apply:
• Be sure that you understand ADTC’s registration policies before applying.
• Print the application by selecting File/Print from your browser’s menu options.
• Fill out application as directed. Call 866-383-ADTC if you have questions.
• Don't forget to sign the parent/camper agreements. Unsigned applications will not be processed.
• Fill out credit card information.
• Prior to July 1: Minimum $500 deposit per-camper is required. Full payment is recommended (5% discount for paying in full!). Early-Bird rates apply.
• After July 1: Full payment is required. Regular rates apply.
• ADTC cannot accept checks – only credit card payments will be processed!

Application Policies:
ADTC’s Teen World Dance Camp is open to girls ages 14 – 17. ADTC’s Ladies Camp is open to ladies ages 21 +. No prior dance experience is necessary to
attend. Optional activities and field trips requiring additional fees will be described in the registration packet sent to confirmed campers. Permission slips for those
activities will also be included in the packet. Fees and permission slips for the optional activities and field trips requiring them must be paid by August 1, 2009.
ADTC cannot guarantee that space still will be available in any given camp session when your application is received. Registration is first-come, first-served. When
applying, please be sure
to select all session dates for which your daughter would be available to ensure we can accommodate her. Upon receipt of your application and your deposit or full
payment (see “Payment
Requirements” below), we will email you to confirm your session dates based on current availability. If ADTC will be unable to accommodate any of your requested
session dates, we will
inform you as such and your payment will not be processed. If you do not hear from us within two weeks of mailing your application, please call our office at 866383-ADTC. To allow for mailing and processing time, please wait two weeks before calling. ADTC reserves the right to refuse an application and/or dismiss, without
refund, any camper at any time for reasons which, in its sole discretion, are in the best interest of the camp.
Payment Requirements:
A minimum $500 per-camper deposit MUST accompany each application. We cannot process applications without the minimum $500 per-session, per-camper
deposit. Credit card payments only - please do not send checks.
Tuition balances are due in full on or before July 1, 2009. All final payments must be post-marked by this date to qualify for early-bird or alumni tuition.
Otherwise, tuition due is charged at regular rates. Please note that tuition is considered past-due after August 1, 2009. Additionally, campers who have sent
deposits and been given confirmed session dates prior to July 1, but who do not pay in full by August 1 may lose their originally requested sessions, while still being
held to the terms and conditions of ADTC’s cancellation policy (below). Campers with outstanding balances after August 1 must pay tuition in full (at regular tuition
rates) before ADTC can attempt to re-accommodate them.
Any tuition balances still outstanding after August 10 will incur an additional $25 late charge. If possible, ADTC strongly recommends that you authorize
payment in full with your application on or before July 1, 2009, to avoid potential confusion and extra tuition charges later-on.
If you are applying after August 1, your full tuition payment (charged at the regular rates) is due with your application.
Registration Packets:
Registration packets will be emailed to all paid-in-full, confirmed campers within two weeks after your session dates have been confirmed (beginning July 1, 2009).
If you would prefer to have your registration packet mailed USPS, you must contact the ADTC office: [email protected] or 866-383-ADTC.
Optional Activities Fees & Requirements:
Please note that most optional activities require parental consent and/or additional fees. Most activities are only offered once per week, though some are offered
two or more times per week (please see our website for details). If your camper will participate in any of our additional fee activities, the cost will be withdrawn from
her “Activities account.” All campers register for activities during the Sunday afternoon meeting; they can only register for activities if you have included enough
money in their Activities account AND signed the necessary waivers (which will be emailed to you with the registration packet and available for download from our
website.).
Due to weather, availability &/or scheduling conflicts, we may be unable to offer all activities during your session. Please note that if your camper does not report at
her assigned
time to participate in an activity for which she is registered, her participation fee is nonrefundable. However, if an activity must be cancelled by ADTC (for example,
due to weather), the
following policies will apply:
• The activity fee will not be charged to the camper’s Activities account if they sign up for the activity during their team meeting and the activity must be
cancelled by ADTC.
• No individual activity fee refund or refund of any kind can be made for campers who purchased the “unlimited optional activities pass” during registration.
Medical & Insurance Requirements:
All campers must be covered by their own medical insurance and traveler’s insurance. All campers must have a completed ADTC Health Form which requires a
physical examination no earlier than two years prior to attending ADTC. Required health forms and all pertinent information will be emailed to confirmed campers
with the registration packet.
Cancellations, Changes & Refunds:
Once your session dates have been confirmed by ADTC, any desired changes or cancellations must be requested in writing (by mail or email to
[email protected]). Session changes are granted at the sole discretion of ADTC, based on availability. If a change to another session cannot be
accommodated, the camper may cancel according to the following policies:
• Prior to July 1, deposit less $150 processing charge is refundable with written notification of cancellation.
• After July 1, all deposits are non-refundable.
• After July 1, with written notice, tuition and activities fees less $500 deposit per session enrolled will be returned to a camper who must withdraw up to thirty
days prior to their camp session.
• There is no refund if cancellation is within thirty days of the camper’s session. No exceptions.
• No refund will be made for a camper who withdraws at any time after arriving at camp. No exceptions.
• There is no reduction of fees for late arrival or early departure. No exceptions.
