INFORMATION
Hernando Desoto had one brother
named Juan and two sisters named
Maria, and Catalina.
Desoto was born in Spain in the
fifteen hundreds. He died May
twenty first fifteen forty two.
Where, why, and what
country
Desoto explored for Spain (his
hometown). He started to explore for
riches when he reached Florida.
Desoto also landed in several
countries and became their leader
(king and governor).
Outcome/result
Desoto found gold and silver. Also he
killed natives for their gold and riches ,and
he was the first white man to cross the
Mississippi river.
Interesting facts
Hernando Desoto was married, he was
married to Isebella de bobadila. They
married in the year fifteen thirty six. Also
he took place in the spanish conquest.
