MOW News and Notes for Volunteers Weaver Wonderings: January 26, 2017 This next week is mileage week! We will collect the number of miles for each route and have an average by the end of the week. Please check your mileage as you leave the VA and then when you get back here. This data is used for our MOW audit and you can also use it to estimate the number of miles you have driven. Remember you can count the miles to the VA but that data is specific to each of you as you all come from different homes. Thank you for collecting that data for us next week. Volunteers in 2016 - During 2016 we had 187 active volunteers which is more than in previous years. We trained 53 new volunteers. Together you all gave 8,840 hours to MOW! The volunteer rate is currently $23.56. That shows us that you are worth $208,270!!!! Thank you for your gift of time! Taste of Mid-Missouri – Some of you may have gone to this annual event at the U Club (Reynolds Alumni Center) and be purchasing your tickets already.
