WE CLUSTER BECAUSE WE ARE FRIENDLY!
In November we did:
CIRCLE TIME
LANGUAGE ART
THEMES FOR THE MONTH:
Holiday Season, Thanksgiving and
Fall Changes.
ACTIVITIES:
• We talked about different holiday seasons
like Christmas, Easter, The Eids and Hanukkah.
• We learnt that Thanksgiving is a period to
thank God and to share.
• We learnt that during Fall Changes,
leaves change color from green to
yellow, red brown and white.
ACTIVITIES:
 We read and identified A-Z.
 Played letter hunt games and
fixed puzzles.
 Some of us are writing A-F, AM accordingly.
 We know and can say phonic
sound of letters /a/-/m/
 We can also identify objects
that begin with these sounds.
GROSS AND FINE MOTOR
To help develop our small and large muscles, we acted as falling
leaves, jumped obstacle courses, jogged, rolled dough, cut with
scissors and did lots of tracing work.

Did you ever see a scarecrow,
a scarecrow, a scarecrow (2)
flap this way and that.
With its loose hands and
wobbly neck, straw hands and
long legs. Did you ever see a
scarecrow flap this way and
that?

DISCOVERY
& THINKING SKILLS
We discovered that raw food
changes texture when
exposed to heat and that a
shape can be made from
another shape. We identified
long and short, heavy and
light objects. We grouped
objects according to colors
and shapes.
MATH
We counted and
identified numbers
1 - 30, fixed puzzles
and played number
games. Some of us
can write 1 - 4, 1 5, 1 - 10 and 1 - 20
respectively.
