SCHEDULE OF RADIO OPERATOR’S EXAMINATION FOR
CALENDAR YEAR 1980.
Pursuant to existing radio laws and regulations, there is hereby issued a schedule of
examinations for radio operators licenses/permits of different classes to be given by the
National Telecommunications Commission at the place and on the dates indicated below:

II. Special Examinations
Special examinations at the Central Office of the National Telecommunications
Commission, Quezon City, on the following dates:
1. Any one examination element that will qualify holders of a third or second
class commercial operator license to the next higher class or license;
2. Restricted Pilot (Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit)
3. Restricted Ship Radiotelephone Operator’s Certificate.
4. Ship low Power RadioTelephone Operator’s Permit.

5. Amateur Radio Operator’s Permit.
6. Radio Teletype Operator’s Permit.
7. Fishing Boat Radio Operator;
8. Morse Code Removal Examinations for all class of operator’s certificate or
license.
9. Special Radio Operator Permit.
Deadline for submission of applications
Applications shall be filled with this Commission at least (2) weeks before the
date of examination unless otherwise specified.
In the interest of the service and, upon request, this Commission may likewise
conduct special examination in other places on the dates to be designated, upon prior
approval of the Commissioner.
The stated schedule of examinations shall be conducted by the Radio Operator
Examination Committee, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Department Order
No. 80, Series of 1971 and other instruction pertaining to the conduct of examination.
This circular shall be effective from January 01, 1988 to December 31, 1988.
