A Function can be postponed by informing the Hotel in writing Six (06) months prior to
the function and the Non Refundable Deposit will only be carried forward for a further
period of One (01) year from the date of informing the hotel on availability.
This deposit is not transferable to another party/another event.
CANCELLATION
: In an Event of a cancellation and a full payment or partial payment is made the hotel
is to be informed in writing Six (06) months prior to the function. The management
will decide on the percentage of the refund due to the loss of revenue.
