good barrel horse is a full sister & Kristi Alley’s go-to horse for ranching (even when it

We have made the difficult decision of selling most all of our horses. We will be keeping six two-year-olds out
of Irish Pay (three gelding and three mares) that we raised. Between these six and the gator that should take
us into the sunset. The sale horses have all been coggins tested and the mares will be ultrasounded by sale
day. The mares are all pasture bred to DR Laughing Two Eyes, except the Buckskin and Palamino mares that
were AI’d to Irish Pay. All horses sold will be 100% guaranteed. Thank you one and all and God Bless.

“Slate” is just a wonderful 15.2h silver grullo stallion with
an outstanding conformation. He does everything you ask
of him and so much more. If you want to rope a calf, drag
a sled, sort a calf, or run a few barrels/poles for fun he
is willing to do about anything. He is an all around ranch
horse with a smooth stride and easy rein.
He passes a lot of this onto his foals. They are
quick on their feet, eager to please and highly
trainable. Slate comes from the DuBray Ranch with
the Big Fix on the topside and Laughing Boy on the
bottom. His silver grullo color only emphasizes

“Look Whos Larkin Now” is an AQHA champion, multiple AQHA regional “all around” champion, regional
champion in almost all events from western pleasure to tie down roping...sometimes all in the same day.
He holds over 300 AQHA points in many events. He truly is a great example of an all around stallion who
produces the like. He holds multiple AQHA superiors in reining, tie down roping, heading, heeling, jack pot
money earner, NRHA money earner, maturity money earner, and the list goes on. He is by 1999 AQHA
super horse Look Whos Larkin, who holds Five superiors and is the son of the most famous “Rugged Lark”
(who needs no introduction), holds two AQHA super horse titles, and has produced many offspring who hold
the AQHA super horse title as well.
Look Whos Larkin Now has produced NRHA , NRCHA money earning offspring, AQHA works show qualifiers
and finalists, AQHA headers, heelers, tie down Ropers, reiners, working cow horses, futurity money earners,
regional champions, and more. We have enjoyed having Look Whos Larkin Now in our barn and starting
many of his exceptional offspring. We always say, “Don’t go Larkin up the wrong tree,” he has proven this to us.

Color, conformation, athleticism and a stacked

of Jim and Joni Hunt’s Open Box Rafter Ranch.
He is sired by Diego Drift, a direct son of Sonny
Sugar by the immortal AQHA Hall of Fame sire Sugar Bars SI-95/AAA/ROM. Diego Drift’s dam, Spedita
Drift is by the legendary broodmare sire Orphan Drift and her pedigree boasts the likes of Driftwood Ike,
Driftwood, Joe Reed II, Clabber and Poco Bueno. Diegos Paycheck’s dam is Susies Lightning Ike. She is
by the great proven rope horse producer White Lightning Ike and Susies Time AAA. Her pedigree is also
loaded with greats like Driftwood Ike, Driftwood, Joe Hancock, Now is the Time TB, Sue Folk AAA, and Wee
Folk TB.
“Hootie” was well on his way to becoming the next great performance horse for the Murray family when
an injury ended his rodeo career before it really got started. He is now retired to the breeding pasture
where he consistently produces color (duns and buckskins) along with a baby that is stout and straight
with a good disposition. We currently have several of his offspring started under saddle and they are
showing real promise and intelligence and we can’t wait to see what they can do. With a pedigree
lined with proven Rodeo, Ranch and Race producers, the possibilities are endless of what his colts can
achieve. Driftwoods continue to be Pro Rodeos’ most successful horses with these lines boasting 47 World

Rollin Drifter is a yearling stud colt by one of my favorite mares, JRT Bunny Cash. “Bunny” is
by Jim Thorstenson’s great barrel racing producer Cash N Brisco. Her dam, One Guardian
Angel goes back to Bunny Bid AAA & Bayou Bar AAA. Her pedigree is loaded with race
& barrel producers & a cross with “Hootie” should be a great one. All the work is done,
take him home & start training. From Murray Ranch

A big hip & a baby doll head with lots of color. This filly’s dam War Missy has been a great
producer for us. Her sire A Classic War Power is by A Classic War Drum who had a stellar
career in the Halter Class. We currently have two full brothers to this filly in training & they
are as smart & catty as you will find. From Murray Ranch

“Rosey” is out of Johnny Smith’s great horse Moon Corn. Her pedigree is full of legends
like Top Moon, Triple Chick, Sugar Bars & Wimpy. “Rosey” is broke & was making a nice
rope horse until injury ended her rodeo career. She is a great producing broodmare with
her offspring performing well in the roping & barrel racing pens. With the cross on “Hootie,”
we think these colts will really shine. From Murray Ranch

Friendly, athletic & full of chrome round out this red dun filly. Her dam “Pet” is by Duel Fuel
by the great Beduino & Julia Rhea SI-106 AAAT/ROM. Duel Fuel has sired race winners
in excess of 4 million & multiple barrel racing money winners. “Pet’s” pedigree also boats
the lines of Otoe “The Wonder Horse” AAA/ROM & Mystic Manor AAA/ROM. We think this
filly really has the stuff to take you to the winners circle. Look for her full yearling sister
in the sale. From Murray Ranch

Duel Fuel Diva is a yearling filly by “Pet” & is a full sister to her weanling offering. This
filly is flashy & loaded with chrome. She was a dun as a weanling & has continued to
turn more grulla as she ages. This filly should really excel with “Pet’s” Dual Fuel & Otoe
speed and performance lines crossed with “Hootie.” She’s big, willing & ready to become
your next champion, & the bonus is you can start training her now. From Murray Ranch

I cannot say enough about Eye Holly. He
is smart and has the best disposition.
He has the gray color with black legs
from the knees down, and four black
feet. Everyone knows Dash For Cash
and Beduino on his top side. His mother
is sired by Holland Ease by First Down
Dash. Holland Ease is also the sire of
Corona Cartel, owned by The Drug Cartel of Mexico (hottest horse going down the road today). Also, on his
mother’s bottom side - Moon Lark is the winner of $10.3 million in 13 wins out of 19 states. This guy runs
with the mares on grass all year except for 40 days while they are having colts. From David Ganje
