recreate a seaside scene! They
used materials such as sand and
cups and had lots of fun. The
teachers were amazed at their
creativity and they hope to do
this again. Fatima, in Elm Class
said,

Q: Why did the boy bring a
ladder to school?
A: He wanted to go to high
school!
Q: Why did the girl smear
peanut butter on the road?
A: To go with the traffic jam!
about the seaside. I really hope
we will be able to do this again
sometime soon! I think that so
far our topic is going well as we
have had two fun and exciting
activities. I think this is my
favourite topic so far!”
Year One Comics!
Princess Charlottes
Birthday!
This week, Yr1 made their own
comics! They had a lot of fun and
really enjoyed themselves. Jay in
in Yew class said, ‘I had so much
fun and I wish I could make
another comic! I liked looking at
my friends comic because it was
very funny.’ The teachers were
very proud of the childrens
comic and found them very
interesting!
This week it was Princess
Charlottes second birthday!
Princess Charlotte of Cambridge
was born on 2nd May 2015 in
London. She is the second child
of the Duke and Duchess of
Cambridge - Prince William and
his wife Catherine. The princess
is fourth in line to the throne
after her granddad, Prince
Charles; her dad, Prince
William; and her big brother,
Prince George.
