Booking Terms & Conditions
1.
Christmas Fayre Lunch & Dinner served as indicated.
2.
Deposits are required for all pre-booked parties by 31st July. All other deposits are due within 14 days of making the
reservation, up to 30th November.
3.
All reservations made during December must be paid in full within 3 days of making the reservation along with your party’s
meal requirements.
4.
Deposits are paid for the number of people attending. Lost deposits cannot be offset against the final balance due.
5.
Deposits are absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.
If paying by cheque; the guest must write their name and address on the back, along with the name in which the booking is
made.
7.
Final Balances for Christmas Fayre Lunches & Dinners, Party Nights, Christmas Day & Boxing Day Lunches and New Years
Eve are all due a minimum of 28 days prior to the event. If final balances are outstanding, the booking will be deemed
cancelled and deposits paid will be retained by the hotel.
8.
Meal requirements are to be indicated on the booking form and returned 28 days prior to the event.
9.
The balance after deposits is refundable only if cancelled 14 days or more before the day of the party. Refunds will be made
in the form of a voucher, issued after the festive season.
10.
It is essential that you take your places for Lunch or Dinner at the time your table is reserved. Failure to do so may result in a
new time being allocated on the day.
11.
Disco & Bar until Midnight except New Years Eve, which is until 1.00am.
12.
Only guests taking dinner on the Party Nights may attend, with no exceptions.
13.
Smart dress essential.
14.
New Years Eve - Black Tie / Lounge Suit only.
15.
