(ALLTEL or the Company) filed proposed revisions to its General Subscriber Service Tariff on January 24 , 1994. The purpose of this filing is to introduce a Customized Code Restriction (CCR) option to provide for $.25 local message This option would be available to Individual Line blocking. Residential Service, Business Service, Key System Trunks or PBX Trunks customers in either Flat Rate, Message Rate gr Measured service, where available . Customers who wish to restrict calls to the message rate ($.25 Plan) local calling area can subscribe to CCR Option 12 (A). CCR Option 12 (A) restricts the same codes as CCR Option f2 except it also includes $ . 25 blocking. ALLTEL shall waive the $10.00 nonrecurring charqe for customers who wish to switch from CCR option 12 to I2(A) for a In period of 90 days from the effective date of the tariff . addition, ALLTEL shall waive the $10.00 nonrecurring charge for customers who wish to switch from CCR option t2 to t2(A) for a period of 90 days after a new $.25 plan is implemented.
