This kit is used to alleviate vibration sounds during spin. It is not
intended for use on models with engineering digits greater than "0".
Step Z- Remove power supply to washer before installing service parts.
Step 2- Install
Braces
Inspect both braces to ensure that they each contain two thick white foam pads. Each one should
be located about 8" from the end of the brace. If any are missing, install a new thick white foam
pad included in the service kit as a replacement.

Step2- Continued....
Lean the washer back to access the
inside cabinet side panels. Prop blocks
(WXO5X::l_O027)can be used to stabilize
the washer.
Carefully insert a brace onto the left
inside panel of the cabinet with tab end
up and thick foam pads against the
cabinet.
Insert the tab of the brace into the
existing hole in the top cabinet channel
approximately 6 in. from the front.
Once the tab is inserted, angle the
bottom of the brace toward the rear of
the washer and insert brace into the
bottom channel of the cabinet.
Slide the bottom of the brace forward
in
the channel until the existing hole at the
bottom of the cabinet lines up with the
hole in the bottom of the brace.
The brace should run parallel to the front
corners of the cabinet.
Install o 1Ain. hex head screw included in
this kit through cabinet into the brace
securing it in place.
Repeat for right side.
Step 3- Installing
Thin White
Foam Pads
Access the rear of the washer
to remove
the rear panel
Remove
the two harness
overlap
that
the top of the rear panel by
removing
secure
covers
the 14 in. hex head screws
that
them in place.
Remove the twelve 1Ain. hex head screws
securing the rear panel to the rear of the
washer and remove the rear panel from
the cabinet.
Install the thin white foam pods at the
locations in the boxes shown below
labeled 1-9. White foam should already
be installed at the #2 and # 7 locations
but if missing at either location, please
install o replacement white foam pod.

Three (5) Lorge Block Foom Pods
Step 4- Installing
Install the first
pod on the inside of the reor ponel ot the Iocotion shown below.
Instoll the second ond third foom pods on the inside of the cobinet ot the Iocotions shown. The
top pod should be ploced holfwoy between the two plostic tobs thot hold the wire horness. The
bottom pod should be ploced slightly below the bend of the droin hose os shown below.

Step 5- Inspect Wire Horness
Inspect ond ensure thot the wire horness
routed down the left reor corner (while
behind the wosher)is properly seuted
through the two plostic tobs Iocoted
behind the droin hose.
Ensure thot the wire routed down the
right reor corner is wropped oround the
suspension rod three (5) times. If it is not it
could top on the side cobinet

Step 6- Instotl Droin Hose Wire Tie
Instoll o second droin hose zip tie onto
the top plostic tob. Ensure it is inserted
securely into the plostic tob.

Cut off excess length of wire ties so
they do not hit the cobinet ponels.
Step 7- Instoll One (1) White Foom Pod And
White Foom Block
Instoll one (1) Thick white loom pod into
the chunnel behind the right suspension
rod with the hurness wropped oround it.
(while behind the wosher)
Stock the white loom block on top of the
foom pod os shown.
Step 8- Instoll Reor Ponel
Insert the bottom edge of the reor ponel into the block reor bottom cross bor os shown below.

Installthe top of the rear panel into the rear top cross bar as shown below. The right sideis
under the short tab. The middleof the rear panel is over top of the longer tab.
Installthe rear panelstwelve (12)hex head screwsand the two (2)harnesscovers

PadsUnder Backsplash
Removebacksplashassemblyby opening
the lid to an approximate45° angle.
Usinga screwdriverpushin on the front
clipsthat hold the backsplashfront to the
top cover.
Pull slightly forward and lift the
backsplash front up at the same time to
release it from the front clips
Close the lid and lay a towel over the
washer to protect the product.
Lift up slightly to clear the front clips and
push back to disengaged the rear cover
from the two (2) retention clips.
Insert the two (2) small black foam pads
behind the rear hinge mounting screw of
each hinge.
Remount the backsplash assembly to the
top cover.
Test washer for vibrations and sounds
using a spin cycle set at max spin speed.
