Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would delay

its former corporate powers, therefore it is hereby declared

North Linden Realty Company, a corporation dissolved
by section one of chapter one hundred and seventy-nine of
the acts of nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, is hereby
revived, with the same powers, duties and obligations as if
said chapter had not been passed.

be expended in any one fiscal year contained in
section fifty-seven of chapter one hundred and sixty-eight,
and section fifty-five of chapter one hundred and seventy,
both of the General Laws, so far as applicable, any bank
established in the town of Framingham, Hopkinton or
Holliston may, by vote of its directors, or of its officers
having the powers of directors, contribute such sum or sums
of money as said directors or officers may detennine to be
reasonable to the building fund being raised for the benefit
of the Framingham Union Hospital in said town of Framingham.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
