I, Ryan A. Livingston, residing at room #7 in the Boy’s Staff House, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last
will and testament and hereby revoke any and all wills and codicils at any time heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I I appoint Emma Hodges as my personal representative to administer this will, and ask that she be permitted to
serve without court supervision and without posting bond. If Emma is unwilling or unable to serve, I appoint Holly
Crowell to serve as my personal representative, and ask that she be permitted to serve without court supervision and
without posting bond.
ARTICLE II I direct my personal representative to pay out of my residuary estate all of the expenses of my last illness,
administrative expenses, all legally enforceable creditor claims, all Federal estate taxes, state inheritance taxes, and all
other governmental charges imposed by reason of my death without seeking reimbursement from or charging any
person for any part of the taxes and charges paid, and if necessary, reasonable funeral expenses, including the cost of
any suitable marker for my grave, without the necessity of an order of court approving such expenses.
ARTICLE III I devise, bequeath, and give my comics to Emma Hodges in the hope that they may one day be published and
distributed to children everywhere.
I devise, bequeath and give my collection of drama books and all loose scripts found in my possession to Magdalyn
Cutshall. I devise, bequeath and give all of the art supplies I brought with me this summer (including all the loose soda
tabs in the field and the many hundreds of perler beads permanently ground into the dirt throughout camp) to Camp
Sebago. You’re welcome.
I devise, bequeath and give the pen I am currently writing with to Kassie Davis because I borrowed it from her earlier
today and never gave it back.
In addition, I request that my nerdy graphic t-shirts be carefully folded, hermetically sealed in military grade ziplock bags
and shot into orbit.
ARTICLE IV I devise, bequeath and give all of the remainder of my residuary estate as follows:
a. 37% to Laney Rolfe
b. 28% to Autumn Crowell
c. 17% to Samuel Laro
d. 12% to Jared Willett
e. 6% to that girl with the cast on her arm in that one JAM song video
ARTICLE V Should any beneficiary not survive me by 30 days, his or her share shall be distributed to his or her surviving
children in equal shares.

This instrument, consisting of this and two (2) handwritten page, was signed and acknowledged by Testator as his Last

To Captains Al and Amanda, Jen, Karen, and Tyler – I hope I’m leaving you with enough money to build a new office –
with a bathroom and enough desks and chairs that aren’t broken.
