Day one!
Congratulations on taking this time to nurture YOU! This is a time for
celebrating life. Through cleansing the body, you will cleanse the mind, and set
the stage for feeling better in every way. Remember how amazing you are!
Let`s get started!
Get out your cutting board, you knife and your juicer. If you work outside the home,
you will need to bring with you your Lunch-Juice. Use glass containers or bottles that
are airtight, and store them as cold as you can. You can bring a small cooler with
you in the car if you are on the road a lot.
Before breakfast, drink a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon. You can hand
squeeze it, or you can run it through the juicer.
You can sip on some hot lemon water, or make ginger tea at any time during the day.
Simply squeeze some lemon in hot water, or put some fresh pieces of ginger in the
water. You can also do some herbal tea if you like. Use honey for sweetener, NO
SUGAR!

Breakfast-Juice: (About I Liter/32oz ).
4 stalks of celery. If leaves at the end, juice them also.
1 large or two small cucumbers.
1 green apple.
5 carrots.
1 peace of ginger (use 1-2 inches. You will find out how strong you prefer your
juice).
1 whole lemon.
About ¼ bunch of parsley.
Lunch-Juices:
Make two different juices, about 1/2liter, 16 oz of each, and drink them around 10.00
am and 13.00 depending on your time of breakfast. Listen to your body, and drink
water in between.
Juice1:
1 cucumber.
2 stalks of celery.
1 green apple.
1 inch slice of fresh pineapple.
1/2 fennel bulb.
1 orange.
Juice2:
2 cups leafy greens.
½ head of broccoli.
3 tomatoes.
1 green apple.
3 carrots.

Dinner- Juice:
Drink your dinner juice around 16.00 to 18-00. If you are doing any kind of exercise,
drink it before that. After the workout, drink lemon water. If you can get fresh coconut
water from young coconuts, that is a great after work out drink. Make about one
liter/32oz of the dinner juice if you feel that is your last juice of the day. If going for
the late night juice also, make a little less. You can make both at the same time and
store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
1 cucumber.
4 carrots.
1 beet.
1 piece of ginger.
2 oranges.
Late night – Juice:
If you want this to taste a little spicy, you can add some garlic powder or some
chilly-powder.
1 inch slice of pineapple.
3 stalks of celery.
1 red pepper.
3 carrots.
1 teaspoon turmeric powder, or about an inch of fresh root.

Sleep is important to health and detoxification:
Getting enough sleep, is just as important as good food, water and fresh air for your
body. Inadequate sleep could sabotage the success of your detox program. During
sleep, your body releases vital hormones that assist in the growth of healthy cells,
healing of tissues, and fighting off infections.
According to the National Institutes of Health; studies find that the less people sleep,
the more likely they are to be overweight or obese. Sleep time is a time for
rejuvenation, rebuilding and reprogramming. Your body goes through several
different cycles throughout the night. During these different stages your body
focuses on neutralizing and processing toxins, healing and restoring the organs, and
processing new information.
