ring. Do not ring again under fifteen seconds as signals put in too quickly
in succession may be mistaken by operator for party ring and disregarded.
Use of line is restricted to five minutes except on long distance calls.
Parties using the line longer that this on local calls will be disconnected
without notice if line is wanted for other business.
