Order under Section 5
BY virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 5 of the Stamp Duty (special provisions) Act, No. 12 of 2006, I,
Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, Acting Minister of Finance and Planning do by this order determine that the order made under
that section and published in Gazette Extraordinary No. 1465/20 of October 05, 2006 shall be amended as follows.
