catalog system on June 12, 13, and 14. This will cause a temporary disruption of services.
Not available during this time will be the following:
Placing an item on hold.
Checking your account online.
Receiving due date or overdue reminders.
Renewing an item online or through our automated telephone system.
Other services will continue to be available, such as:
Checking out materials.
Catalog Search.
Using a library PC.
Paying Fines.
Registering for events.
Printing, scanning, and copying.

Family Place
Paws to Read will be taking the summer off through
August. The pups will be back to work in September.
Be sure to register on August 15!
This 5-week program encourages parents/caregivers to play with their
child in a fun, educational setting. A local resource professional is
available at each session to discuss parenting topics. After an hour of
free play, gather for a short circle time with Miss Lisa, our Family Place
coordinator, and sing your child’s favorite songs. Ages infant to 5 years.

Homework Helper Program!
The Martin County Library System offers a free Homework Helper program.
Get face-to-face tutoring in a safe and welcoming environment. Students
have access to all library resources and online tools to make learning and
completing homework successful. To receive homework help, set up an

Join this family oriented presentation and hands-on exhibit with Michelle
Byriel from the Florida Oceanographic Society as she teaches the biology

a special "Rainforest Rap" from the World Wildlife Fund, confiscations, and a
member of the Hobe Sound Nature Center Teaching Team.

Build a better world by building a better you! Becoming and staying fit can
be fun when it includes music and motion. This program is for kids 5 and
up and does not require dancing skills, just a love of music and a desire
for being healthy. Participants will enjoy action songs, the parachute, and
ribbons. Please note: This program will take place every 2 weeks during the
Summer Break.

Paws to Read will be taking the summer off through

This 5-week program encourages parents/caregivers to play with their
child in a fun, educational setting. A local resource professional is

free play, gather for a short circle time with Miss Lisa, our Family Place

Get face-to-face tutoring in a safe and welcoming environment. Students
