Emily is an attorney, she specializes in representing banks. She likes to run, and she is a blackbelt.
They love to go camping, they love the Bengals, they love boating, he loves sports
He is a superintendent for a construction company (he plays in the dirt!)
They met in highschool at a party, and also in Spanish class
They are going on honeymoon the next day to Costa Rica
Music: he likes everything but especially classic rock, 90’s grunge and rap. He hates country
She loves country, Mumford and Songs genre, everything
They love their dogs, are having their dogs walk down the aisle
Timeline
2:30PM ZACK ATTACK BAND arrives to set up equipment and sound check inside Drees. Band to set up in front of
glass wall, back to the City.
5:00pm Guests arrive at Drees Pavillion
5:30PM Ceremony starts outside. Ceremony music provided by String Celebrations String
6:00 PM Ceremony over, guests stay outside for Cocktail Hour. Jerry the soundguy for ZACK ATTACK plays ‘Cocktail
Hour’ mix. Bride & Groom will leave to take pictures.
During cocktail hour, Drees will be moving ceremony seating inside for reception seating.
6:45 PM ZACK ATTACK BAND announces to guests "Everyone we would like to invite you inside the building so we
can introduce the bridal party shortly".
6:50 PM Bridal party wraps up pictures, meets Jon Parnell outside front of Drees.
6:55 PM ZACK ATTACK BAND announces all guests to sit down. Jon Parnell and the bridal party remain outside.
ZACK ATTACK BAND announces "Ladies and gentlemen we would like to introduce some very important
people today” Jon Parnell cues the bridal party up in order and releases them one group at a time; Jerry
the Soundguy for ZACK ATTACK BAND plays Party Rock Anthem-LMFAO
As each couple is introduced, they will stay on the dance floor but move to the outer edge to make room
for the next couple.
ZACK ATTACK BAND announces "Ladies and gentlemen we are excited to introduce some very important
people today. Would you please put your hands together and help us welcome:"

*Bride and Groom stay on dance floor while rest of bridal party takes their seats at the head table. Jerry
plays “Swept Away (sentimental version with sister singing)” by Avett Brothers, edited down to under 3
minutes, and with song intro edited out
7:05 PM *Mother/Son Dance - ZACK ATTACK BAND announces "We would like to invite Jinny to the dance floor
Jerry plays “Simple Man” by Lynnyrd Skynnyrd, edited down to 3 minutes
*Father/Daughter Dance - ZACK ATTACK BAND announces "We would like to invite Emily and Bob to the
dance floor; Jerry plays “My Girl” by Temptations edited down to 3 minutes.
*Immediately when the My Girl song fades out, ZACK ATTACK BAND will announce “We would like to have
everyone wish Bob a Happy Birthday”, ZACK ATTACK BAND gets everyone to sing Happy Birthday. Jon
Parnell will have McHale’s staff bring out the cupcake at the right when the singing starts.
*After the cake cutting, Bride and Groom take their seats at the head table. ZACK ATTACK BAND
announces "Thank you everyone. Dinner will be served shortly. Tonight’s dinner will be a buffet. Please
stay seated until a member of the catering staff releases your table to the buffet. While we are waiting, we
would like to invite the Bob to the mic” Bride’s Father will give a dinner blessing.
*After the dinner blessing, ZACK ATTACK BAND walks over to the cake and announces “Emily and Bobby
would like to call your attention to these two buckets for a fundraiser to benefit Rise and Rise Again
Foundation. After dinner, Emily and Bobby will cut their wedding cake. You, the audience, get to help
decide which of the two of them gets to smash cake in the other’s face. So during dinner, please cast your
vote by donating money into either bucket. At the end of dinner, whichever spouse has raised the most
money will get cake smashed in their face by their new spouse. So if you want to see cake smashed in
Emily’s face, then put a lot of money into Emily’s bucket. Again, this is a “Cake Wars” benefit, and all
proceeds go to the Rise and Rise Again Foundation”
7:20 PM *Jerry resumes with Cocktail/Dinner Mix. Catering staff begins releasing tables to the buffet line.
*Towards end of dinner, CG staff will pour champagne for all guests and Bridal Party
8:00 PM *ZACK ATTACK BAND announces "We would like to invite the Elizabeth Price to the mic" - Maid of Honor
speech .
*ZACK ATTACK BAND announces "We would like to invite Alex Franz to the mic" - Best Man speech
*ZACK ATTACK BAND announces “Thank you. Now Emily and Bobby would like to share with you a short
video they had made” - Steve from SDE plays the video; SDE not ZACK ATTACK BAND responsible for
playing and displaying the video.
*After the video, ZACK ATTACK BAND announces “we would like to invite Emily and Bobby over to the
cake”
Jerry plays “Pour Some Sugar On Me” by Def Leppard After the cake is cut, ZACK ATTACK BAND
will ‘ham up’ the winner and loser of the Cakes Wars right before the cake smashing.
8:15 PM *ZACK ATTACK BAND starts 1st set – 45 minutes of music
*ZACK ATTACK BAND finishes 1st set, announces “We would like to slow things down a bit, so grab your
date and come to the dance floor”; Jerry starts ‘Break Mix’:

Jon Parnell announces “We would like to get all the Bridesmaids,
Wake Law girls, and North Carolina ladies up on the dance floor for this next song”

Jon Parnell calls Bobby and his friends (Josh Parvin, Bobby Singhoff, Alex Franz,
Brandon Sparks, Mike Holzinger, Ray Hinton and Dave Barlage and all of the other groomsmen)
to the front of the dance floor;

*ZACK ATTACK BAND invites all the single men and Bobby up – Garter Toss – Jerry spins “Big Pimpin” by

11:30PM ZACK ATTACK BAND finishes 2nd set; Jerry plays wind-down music (Sinatra love songs)
