All routes start and end at Loch Leven’s Larder. There will also be a children’s Treasure Hunt offered on the 7K route. • Email [email protected] All routes follow well-maintained, traffic-free footpaths. The walks are signposted, have fantastic views, and there will be event marshals to cheer you along. • Visit one of our shops in Crieff, Anstruther, Leven, Kirkcaldy or Cowdenbeath Every walker will receive a CHSS t-shirt at registration to wear whilst walking, and everyone will also receive a medal at the finish line! You can help people in Scotland live stronger, longer lives Registration for walkers completing the 13 mile circuit of Loch Leven is open between 9am – 9:30am. We ask that 13 mile walkers use this opportunity to raise a minimum of £40 sponsorship – we will of course provide support to help you meet and beat your fundraising target! All 13 mile walkers must be over 13 years old. All money raised will be put to good use either for research or to help provide the best facilities possible for people affected by chest, heart and stroke illness. Your support will help us to maintain our Advice Line, give Personal Support Grants to people suffering financial hardship as a result of chest, heart and stroke illness and fund our Volunteer Stroke Service, among many other initiatives. • Over 120,000 people struggle to breathe due to chronic lung disease • Over 230,000 people are coping with the debilitating effects of heart disease • Over 120,000 people are recovering from the devastating effects of a stroke - You can make a difference! Registration for the 7K and 12K routes is open between 10am and 11:30am. We would love all participants to support the work of Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland by getting sponsored for their walk or making a donation. Optional sponsor forms will be sent to all participants.
