OVERVIEW
This 4-day, instructor-led classroom training offers technical personnel the opportunity to learn and
experience the new functionality of Business Service Management (BSM) 9.1. This course is
designed for those who are responsible for the performance and availability aspects of missioncritical applications and are experienced in both the configuration and administration of Business
Availability Center (BAC) 8.x or earlier.
This course includes hands-on labs that use version 9.1 of the BSM software.

– Experience with BAC 8.x or earlier

After completing this course, you should be able to:
