Wainui is the ideal spot to take a break from everything. Meaning “big water”
and set in the picturesque surrounds of the popular Noosa region, this airy, bright
two bedroom apartment has been made available to OTIS through the generosity
of the Caple family.

Newly renovated, Wainui is perched on a grassed hill and offers views of beautiful
Sunshine Beach. Just a short walk from the beach and local Surf Club, you can ease
into the laid-back atmosphere of coastal living.
Sunshine Beach
Wainui is situated close to a bakery, deli and general store where you can
purchase fresh, local produce or a tasty snack. Order a tall drink and settle into a
comfy couch at the laidback bar where locals drop in on their way to the beach.
The wide, open sands of Sunshine Beach are ideal for enjoying the perfect weather or
taking a dip in the ocean, with the beach in front of the Surf Club patrolled year-round.
You may even spot a breaching humpback whale and the sight of a friendly dolphin.

Location and area
Sunshine Beach is located a 90min drive (135km) north of Brisbane and five minute
drive from Noosa Heads, on the southern side of Noosa National Park.
Sunshine Beach Village is a one minute walk and features cafes, restaurants and
boutique shops and a well-stocked supermarket for groceries and essentials.
Wainui is situated on a quiet tree lined street. Close by, Noosa National Park offers a
spectacular natural setting and walking tracks.
Accommodation
Wainui can accommodate four guests. The living area is bright and airy with loads of
natural light. There are beautiful views from the undercover patio. The complex has
a refreshing communal pool and a lock up garage is available. The main bedroom
contains a queen size bed, ensuite and opens onto its own private balcony. The
second bedroom contains two single beds, ocean views and enters onto the shared
lawn. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the open plan
lounge and dining areas.
Availability
Wainui is available throughout the year except for Christmas and Easter periods.
Public holidays and school holidays are excluded.
Pets/smoking
Pets are not permitted and the property is strictly smoke-free.
Heating/Cooling
Wainui has air conditioning, ceiling fans and the cross ventilations provided by ocean
breezes will keep you cool.

The key can be collected from Sunshine Beach Real Estate, 36 Duke Street, Sunshine
Beach (07) 5447 2999 between 2pm and 5pm.
Other considerations
All bedding linen and bath towels are provided at Wainui. Guests are required to bring
their own food, personal items and beach towels. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a
Weber BBQ. A highchair is provided.
