DETERMINATION OF SALARIES OF PROSECUTORS AND SPECIAL INVESTIGATORS IN TERMS
OF THE NATIONAL PROSECUTING AUTHORITY ACT, 1998
I, Jeffrey Thamsanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under
the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), and after consultation with the
National Director of Public Prosecutions and the Minister for the Public Service and
Administration and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, hereby determine the new
salaries for prosecutors and special investigators as set out in the Schedule hereto, with effect
from 1 May 2011.
