What’s my Shape?
2.G.1 Recognize and draw shapes having specified attributes, such as a given number of
angles or a given number of equal faces.5 Identify triangles, quadrilaterals, pentagons,
hexagons, and cubes.
Players: 2-4
Materials: 4 sentence strips, 4 paper clips, 1 set of Shape
Cards, 4 Question Cards, chips/markers
Directions: (This game is played like Headbandz)
1.  Laminate sentence strips and cards for durability, create
“headbands” out of sentence strips. Put one paper clip
on each headband. Each player puts on a Headband.
2.  Players flip over shape cards without looking and
attaches the card to their headband using the paper clip.
3.  Players play in a clockwise manner by asking one
question on their question card at a time about their
shape. Players can take one guess each time they ask a
question.
4.  If a player guesses the shape correctly, they take one
chip/marker and put a new card on their headband.
5.  The first player to get 5 chips wins!
