For the past several years, we have participated in a program called “CU Lunch Local”
that celebrates local businesses. Much to our
employees delight, we brought lunch in from
several local restaurants. This year, we added
an additional twist to CU Lunch Local. We
not only brought in lunch for our employees,
we also took lunch out to some of our local
businesses using local restaurants to prepare
