ATTORNEY’S REPORT Gina Madden told the BOC that she has been working on language changes to the current Affiliates Contracts. One suggestion was to change the title of the contract to “Community User Contract”, or something similar. She will work with Jim Romanek to update the form contract from PDRMA. The goal is uniformity, conformity with other Park Districts, eliminating any discriminatory language, and avoiding the possibility of the suggestion of favoritism. Waiver language needs to be broader to include a code of conduct, and she also suggested that it be signed by parents and guardians of the participants. Once the draft document is ready, the BOC will discuss at a Workshop Meeting. VI. BOARD BUSINESS A. Old Business None B. New Business 1.
