HIGHLIGHTS
WEATHER:
 Rainfall over the State is considered as “ISOLATED” since 10% of the Hoblis & Grampanchyaths recorded
rainfall of ≥2.5 mm.
 Maximum Rainfall 26 mm is recorded at Kyalanur, Kolar Taluk, Kolar District.
 Mavinakurvei Hobli in Uttara Kannada District has recorded the Maximum Temperature of 36.5˚C over the
State.
 Tadavalaga Hobli in Vijayapura District has recorded the Minimum Temperature of 9.6˚C over the State.
 Hobliwise/Grampanchayath wise Rainfall distribution during 08:30 am of 01.12.16 to 08:30 am on 02.12.16 details

TEMPERATURE:
MINIMUM TEMPERATURE of 9.6˚C is recorded in Tadavalaga Hobli, Indi Taluk, Vijayapura District
 75%of geographical area in the State recorded Minimum Temperature in the range of 14˚C to 20˚C.
 Minimum temperature in the range of 9˚C to 12˚C recorded in parts of Vijayapura, Bidar, Kalaburagi, Yadgir, Bagalkote & Chikkamagaluru districts.
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE of 36.5˚C is recorded in Mavinakurvei Hobli, Honnavar Taluk, Uttara Kannada District.
86% of the geographical area in the State recorded Maximum Temperature in the range of 28˚C to 34˚C.
Maximum temperature in the range of 34˚C to 37˚C recorded in some parts of Uttara Kannada, Shivamogga, Davanagere, Koppala, Raichur, Belagavi, Yadgir, Gadag, Ballari,
Kalaburagi, Haveri, Chitradurga, Dharwad, Dakshina Kannada & Udupi districts.

RELATIVE H UM IDITY :
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
 46% geographical area in the State recorded Minimum Relative Humidity less than 25%.
 Minimum Relative Humidity is recorded in parts of Ballari,Haveri, Gadag, Dharwad, Uttara Kannada, Mandya, Koppala, Hassan, Davanagere, Mysuru, Yadgir, Tumakuru,
Chitradurga, Chikkamagaluru, Bagalkote, Shivamogga & Vijayapura districts.





MAXIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY
33% geographical area in the State recorded Maximum Relative Humidity above 90%.
Maximum Relative Humidity is recorded in parts of Bagalkote, Vijayapura, Bengaluru Urban, Bengaluru Rural, Ramanagara, Kolar, Chikkaballapura, Tumakuru,
Chamarajanagara, Mysuru, Mandya, Raichur, Kalaburagi, Bidar, Shivamogga, Hassan, Chikkamagaluru, Kodagu, Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada & Yadgir
districts.
