Information:
There are qualifying times for all Open events (15-16 NAG BB times). There are no
qualifying times for the 12 & Under events. The 50 freestyle on Friday evening is
Prelims/Finals with the finals swum after the conclusion of events 5 and 6. There will be
D/C/B/A finals swum in that order, with only 14U swimmers eligible for the D final. Open
events on Saturday and Sunday are prelims/finals (C/B/A finals will be swum in that order
with only 14U swimmers eligible for the C final). 11 – 12 events on Saturday are
prelims/finals with an A final only. 11 – 12 events on Sunday are timed finals. 10 & under
events on Saturday and Sunday are timed finals.
Entry Deadline:
Entries are due Sunday, April 17. We are using Team Unify (our online meet entry
system) to register for this meet. Click on the attend/decline link on the website to enter this
meet. You must set up an account in Team Unify before you can register for this meet. All
families need to have a credit card or ACH (debit) on file in order to register for meets.
Event Limit:
Swimmers may compete in up to 3 individual events in the Open Session each day. 11-12
swimmers may compete in up to 3 individual events on Saturday afternoon and 4 individual
events on Sunday afternoon. 10 and under swimmers may compete in up to 4 individual
events in the Age Group Session both Saturday and Sunday. Any 10 and under or 11-12
swimmers competing in any Open events on a given day are subject to the 3 individual event
limit for that day. All Swimmers are limited to 1 relay event per day.
Entry Fees:
Open events are $6.00 each; 12 & Under events are $5.00 eachplus $2.00 LESI surcharge;
plus $5.00 LESD surcharge.
Pool Information:
The course is a 50 meter pool with 9 lanes.
Events:
See the following page for a complete list of events. Parents will choose events for their
swimmers. If you are unsure which event to choose, please talk to your swimmer’s coach.
Time:
Friday evening: Warm-ups will begin at 4:30 pm; meet will begin at 5:20 pm
Saturday, Sunday morning (Open Events): Warm-ups will begin at 7:30 am; meet will
begin at 8:20 am
Saturday, Sunday afternoon (12 & under swimmers): Warm-up swill begin 15 minutes
after the conclusion of the morning session. Estimated warm-up times will be posted on
www.lakeerieswimming.com by Thursday, May 19.
Friday finals: Finals for the 50 freestyle will be after the 1500 freestyle
Saturday & Sunday finals: Estimated warm-up times will be posted on
www.lakerieswimming.com by Thursday, May 19.
Admission:
$6.00 per day; Seniors 65 and older and children 6 & Under are free. Psych sheets - $2.00
per session.
Parking:
CSU typically charges $10 per day for parking. There is a parking garage just east of the
Natatorium. The garage is attached to the Recreation Center. You can enter the garage off
Chester Ave at E. 24th Street. You will have to pay for parking so have cash available.
Parking rates are determined by CSU, not the meet host. Meter parking is also available on
Chester or Euclid Ave.
