As a projector coordinator Mrs. Hale has administrative, managerial and accounting
responsibilities. Mrs. Hale coordinates activities and resources in support of technical projects.
She works on multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk and complexity. She manages
and assists in diverse aspects of Health and Safety projects in their different stages (the
proposal, documentation, and the execution of the projects). Also, Mrs. Hale is involved in
tracking budgets, hours worked on projects and making decisions based on this information.
She prepares invoices for clients. As a Project Coordinator she provides QA/QC of all documents
prepared by Cadre’s staff. She organizes and reviews training materials for the different

As an Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Hale’s primary duties were to plan, initiate, conduct and

arranging travel for U.S. Embassy officers. She prepared briefs for cultural affairs program
managers, maintained program managers and section chiefs briefed on the status of mission
critical programs, and prepared reports on mission critical assignments in the U.S. Embassy
Cultural Affairs Section. She conducted liaison duties with host government officials and other
U.S. government agencies. The assigned duties were time sensitive and complex. These
programs were critical to U.S. Foreign Policy related to improving U.S. - Brazil relationships.

employees and I documented potential infringements of IPR pertaining to Elizabeth Arden
Products. She was responsible for writing detailed and concise reports related to survey
analysis of the sales of the products to determine the likelihood of fraud. The assigned projects
that she investigated were time sensitive and complex in nature.
