#4 Aztec receives funds from Debtor
#2 Debtor has 60-day payment terms
The Transaction Process
1. A Supplier has sold $100,000 of goods or services to
a Debtor. The debtor has invoice payment terms of
60-days with the Supplier.
2. The Supplier utilizes an Invoice Discounter to sell its
outstanding invoice (money owed by the Debtor) and
receive cash immediately.
3. Invoice Discounter sells the invoice on a customized
portal on the Aztec platform and receives 80% upfront
and a 1% discount on the total invoice value. Investor
with winning bid becomes the new ‘owner’ of the trade
receivable, as Aztec is strictly a ‘True-Sale’ receivables
platform.

4. Aztec charges a small transaction processing fee
of the invoice value for a successfully completed
transaction. Aztec also manages escrow payments
via its Global Bank Partner and ownership reassignment.
5. Invoice Discounter pays its customer in a few days.
