candidates

history starting

2016
at http://www3.reg.cmu.ac.th/stdinfo/graduate/ and report in person to the Registration Office,
Chiang Mai University on 27 January, 2016, office hours 08.30-11.30 a.m., Candidates who fail to

Application Documents
In order to complete the formal enrollment procedure, candidates will be required to submit the following
documents:
1. For foreign candidates: two copies of the pages of their current passport showing their visa for
Thailand and the page showing their personal identity information, each page signed:
2. For Thai candidates: two copies of their residential registration paper (Tabian Ban) and a copy of their
current Identification card, each page signed;
3. A Medical Certificate, issued less than six months prior to the date of this application:
4. Three 2.5 cm, full-face photographs, taken less than three months prior to this application:

Note: All Foreign Students Must Present Their Official Transcript and an English

Tuition and Registration Fees
The official enrollment procedure is complete upon payment of the International Graduate
Program Combined Tuition and Registration Fee as follows;
