The Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that
he proposes to make an Order under section 49 of
the above Act authorising the stopping up of a length
of footpath at Swan Lane, Sellindge, Kent, in order
to enable residential! development to be carried out
in accordance with planning permission granted to
Mr. G. Walker by Elham R.D.C.
The proposed Order will also require the provision
of a new footpath maintainable at the public expense,
for which .the highway authority is to be the Kent
CJG.

Borough of Southampton) (No. 4) Order, 1961,"

he proposes to make an Order under section 49 of
the above Act authorising the stopping up of a length
of footpath at Paston Ridings, Paston Peterborough,
in order to enable residential development to be
carried out in accordance with planning permission
granted to S. Dodson & Son by the Soke of
Peterborough C.C.
The proposed Order will also require the provision of a new footpath, partly maintainable at the
public expense, for which the highway authority is
to be the Soke of Peterborough C.C.

above Act authorising the stopping up of a length of
footpath adjoining Preston Road, Yeovil, in order to
enable residential development to be carried out in
accordance with planning permission granted to
Sloggett & Perry Ltd. by Somerset C.C.
The proposed Order will also require the provision
of a new footpath maintainable at the public expense,
for which the highway authority is to be the Yeovil
C.C.
