Summary
The VP Internal is responsible for liaising with the administration at Sauder in
addition to managing the student space and student interactions with the
administration.
Time Commitment
Approximately 15-20 hours per week

The Vice-President, Internal Affairs, is responsible for:
 Liaise with Classroom Services and the UBC Administration
 Liaise with Sauder Tech services
 Responsible for Sauder’s locker system and business card orders
 Responsible for student space and its use and maintenance, include
membership of the Building Users Committee.
 Recruit, select, and manage a team of portfolio members
 Provide support and guidance for CUS clubs and manage club
administrative duties
All members of the Executive Council are responsible for:
 Holding weekly office hours.
 Attending weekly Executive Council meetings and monthly Board of
Directors meetings.

Application Process
Manage the clubs review process
Liaise with 14 Commerce Clubs as point of contact for CUS resources and
services
Managing the operations and functions of the CUS Lounge
