GREETINGS FROM THE FLYING R RANCH
Volume 4, Issue 2
February 2016
Even though the New Year’s Day ride was cancelled due to frigid and wet weather, we were able to enjoy
a meal, some music & dancing to help celebrate the New Year. We also had a very special surprise
event. Lee Kempf asked Breannae Smith to marry him & she said YES! Breannae and her entire family
are very special friends and we are so happy to have been there to witness this happy occasion. We wish
them many years of happiness as they start their lives together and want to thank them for letting us
here at the ranch take part in such a special occasion. Let us help you plan your next Trailride, Spring
Break Trip , Summer Vacation, Wedding, Reception, Group Retreat, Meeting, or any other event here
at the ranch! Call and let one of our friendly staff members help you with your reservation today! And
always remember...We’ll be watching the gate!

January Recap
e have been staying busy here at the ranch and are getting very
excited about this year. We have been trying to stay on top of
all the water we have been getting and doing a lot of cleaning up.
Mother nature has blessed us with plenty of moisture, that is for sure.
e have been working on improvements and also on a new long
term camp site. The lodge is undergoing some minor construction and we are right in the middle of that project. It has been a pretty quiet month as January usally is.
Staff is always available to assist with parking

Brandon and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Flying-R-Ranch. We wanted a rustic,
homespun theme and we picked the perfect venue. It was a beautiful fall day, the Lodge was
warm and inviting, and the Owners & Staff were AWESOME!!! The reception, music and
dancing were all we could have ever dreamed of. Thank you Flying-R-Ranch. Tasha Williams Marmaduke, AR - February 5, 2016
