The snow on the ground was as white as the clouds and glistened brighter than diamonds.
I looked as the clouds danced by like a newborn lamb.

Bright as the sun.
The sea was a beautiful painting in the vast open world.
The rainbow was plastered on the sunset like paint on fabulously perfect van Gogh.

The soft warm cookie melted in my mouth like cotton candy.
The taste of the hot cocoa soothed my chilled my bones like a cough drop soothing my sore throat.
The taste of that morsel brought me back to when people were proud and paparazzi was persistent.

The spicy wings burned my tongue like a marshmallow over a hot fire.
The mint brought a warm chill to my mouth.
My tongue tingled and my jaw ached when I ate the sour jujube.
The delectable velvet cake lingered on my tongue the whole day.

The glow of the neon green light bounced off me as I walked past it.

The green grass grew gigantically as the feeling of summer became greater.
A bright flash of orange fired across the sky as the sun sank into the ocean.

When the first snow falls, people put on their toques and gloves; when the hockey starts, then you know winter is starting.
The hot sun’s rays beamed on my face like fire roasting marshmallows and I knew summer was here.
The fresh leaves of the great maple shot out of their buds like newly-birthed butterflies to accept the kiss of sun’s rays.
It was so still in the dead of winter, all you could hear was the popping of the trees from the cold.
Layers upon layers means winter is here.
Windy white winters.
Oh summer, your arrival seems light years away.
The hot summer day reflected off her dull face while the sun smiled in the sky.
The leaves crunched beneath my feet as I trodded through the rusty-colored forest, taking my first walk through autumn.
Summer: no school, soaking in the sun, and sipping on a cold one.
Summer soothes sorrow.
The snow crumbled beneath my feet, weaving a pitter-patter trail of my prints as tracks and the sweet smell of the crisp air
could not have been a better indicator of winter.
