Parole Violation
Officer contacted Baird who was parked in the bushes by the pond. There were signs of
drug use and he did admit to using meth that morning. There was also an open beer in the
car. His Probation Officer was contacted and requested he be detained for a 20 day jail
sanction. Baird was transported to the jail and lodged.

Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants
Bossuet crashed her vehicle in the Oakland curves on Hwy 99N and somehow got back on
the road then left the scene. An off duty firefighter called the crash in and followed the
vehicle until Officers caught up with her on Hwy 99N near Deady Crossing. Officers took
over and noticed Bossuet was impaired, offering SFSTs. Bossuet voluntarily took the tests
and failed. She was later arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, her vehicle
was impounded and she was transported to the Sutherlin Police Department.

Disorderly Conduct II / Parole Violation
About an hour after warning Christy Woods of Disorderly Conduct and Trespass, two
callers reported that Woods was in a ditch crying. When Officer arrived, like the previous
encounter she began yelling and using obscenities and was arrested for disorderly
conduct. Officer was able to reach a Parole and Probation Officer who advised Woods had
failed to report to her Probation Officer and authorized a detainer for that and for the new
charge. Woods was lodged at the jail and cited for disorderly conduct. During the booking
process Woods became out of control and had to be placed into an isolation cell.

Miller – Unlawful Use of Vehicle
Ziko - Unlawful Use of Vehicle / Unlawful Possession of Meth
Staff at Burger King called in the above vehicle parked in their lot, with subjects smoking
meth inside. Dispatch ran the vehicle and found it to be stolen out of Washington. Units
arrived on scene shortly after, safely detained two subjects, and confirmed the stolen
status. Officer spoke with the owner of the vehicle who requested it be left on scene,
locked up. The two subjects from the contact were identified as Rocky Ziko and Kitty Miller.
Both were lodged at jail on the mentioned charges.

Warrant Arrest
While on patrol officer observed Anderson-Thomas walking from behind Center Market. By
the time officer could get turned around he had crossed Central and was near North
Comstock. Officer contacted and detained Anderson-Thomas until dispatch could confirm
his warrant. Anderson-Thomas was arrested and transported to the Douglas County Jail
without incident.
