From the Verrazano Bridge
After paying toll, bear right on the Staten Island Expressway and take the exit toward South Beach/Lily Pond Ave.
(2nd Exit) Merge onto Lily Pond Ave., which then becomes Father Capodanno Blvd. Take Father Capodanno Blvd,
to Sand Lane, the Vanderbilt will be on your left hand side (look for Dolphin Fountain on left).
From the Goethals Bridge
Take I-278 East to exit 15: Lily Pond Avenue (last exit before Verrazano Bridge). Turn right on Lily Pond Avenue. Lily
Pond Ave becomes Father Capodanno Blvd. Take Father Capodanno to Sand Lane, the Vanderbilt will be located
on your left hand side (look for Dolphin Fountain on left).
From the Outerbridge
Take 440 (West Shore Expressway) to I278 towards Verrazano Bridge. Take I-278 East to exit 15: Lily Pond Avenue
(last exit before Verrazano Bridge). Turn right on Lily Pond Avenue. Lily Pond Ave becomes Father Capodanno Blvd.
Take Father Capodanno to Sand Lane, the Vanderbilt will be located on your left hand side (look for Dolphin
Fountain on left).
From Manhattan
Brooklyn Bridge to Gowanus Expressway towards Staten Island/Verrazano Bridge. See directions from Verrazano
Bridge.
From Long Island
LI Expressway West towards Brooklyn. Follow signs to Belt Parkway West towards Verrazano Bridge. Follow the
directions above from Verrazano Bridge.
From Connecticut
Take I-95 South to the George Washington Bridge. Take NJ Turnpike South to Exit 13, then follow directions from
Goethals Bridge.
From Manhattan and Bronx
Take the closest subway to Staten Island Ferry via the Whitehall Street Station or the South Street Ferry Station
depending on train you take. Take ferry to St. George Ferry Terminal and transfer to the S52 bus. Get off at Father
Capodanno Blvd. and Sand Lane.
Or
Express Buses: x4, x5, x6, x7or x8, whichever is closest to you. Get off at Father Capodanno Blvd. and Sand Lane.
From Brooklyn
Downtown Brooklyn - Take subway to Manhattan and follow directions above.
Bay Ridge - Bus S79 or S53 go over Verrazano Bridge and transfer to S52 (ask driver where to get the
transfer to the S52), get off at Father Capodanno Blvd. and Sand Lane.

We invite you to visit Staten Island and enjoy the elegant view of the beach just steps
away from the Vanderbilt. Join us as we recognize our fantastic Leaders, Community
Sponsors and Volunteers, as we celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouting in Greater New
York.
Cost of the event is $60 per person. This is a 4-Hour event and a Cash Bar will be
available. Payment must be submitted at the time of your reservation. No refunds
will be issued. Payments can be transferred to another individual. Transfers and
name substitutions will be accepted until April 10, 2013. Please keep in mind that this
is an adult only event.
Reservation deadline is March 15, 2013. A late fee of $10 will be applied to
reservations received March 16, 2013 through March 22, 2013. No reservations
will be accepted after March 22, 2013.
There will be assigned seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating will be
assigned in the order that reservations are received. If you wish to be seated with
others, the reservations must be submitted together. Tables accommodate 10-12
persons.
