Lamb to the Slaughter Project You will be assigned a box within this menu of projects. You get the option to pick one of the projects within your box and complete it for your grade. All projects center around comparing two short stories written by Roald Dahl. Every Project needs to be organized ​

in every project. Project all together is out of 60 points. Option 1: Compare the two main characters in the story. 1. Pick 3 different character traits that both women have in common. 2. Pick 3 character traits about each woman that is different from the other. [For each trait you need to cite evidence] 3. Draw a picture of each woman.​

(Essay) Option 1: Identify the universal theme that is carried through Dalh’s work. 1. Identify the theme 2. Find text from each story to support your theme [At least two quotes from each story] 3.Turn your findings into a five paragraph article discussing Dahl’s theme. ​
(Essay) Option 2: You are going to identify examples of foreshadowing. You need to find 4 examples from each story and tell what they foreshadowed. [For each example you need to cite evidence] For each you also need to draw a picture to go with it, therefore creating a ​
(Comic Strip.) Option 1: You are going to identify the point of view each story is told from. 1. Identify the type and find example from the text to support. 2. In a paragraph explain how the story would have been different if it was told in another point of view. 3. Develop a few paragraphs where the two protagonist talk about their lives and what happen. [This will be in first person] ​
(Poster) Option 2: Plot. 1. Create a picture book (2 sentences on each page) that combines the 2 stories into one! ​
