Step 2: Familiarize yourself with Leadership Skills Development



Browse: Browse the course and get familiar with the basic navigation and setup. Watch Official Trailer.

Key Concepts: Be sure you understand and can explain the key concepts from each segment of the
course. The key concepts are summarized here:

Step 3: Turn in your certification documents and schedule a 15-minute call.




Assignments: Complete 1 assignment of your choosing from each Segment.
Action: Throughout the course, we ask student to press their “Turbo Button,” or take action. Take one
new action based on something you’ve learned in the leadership course. Describe that action in a
paragraph no longer than 5 sentences.
North Star: After you learn about the North Star in Module 2, go to this page and create a sample

Setup a call: Email [email protected] with your 2 completed assignments, action paragraph,
and North Star. Please put “Leadership Skills” in the subject. We will contact you with next steps for
scheduling your 15-minute call.
