Another chapter for McCain
This February there was a gift of $2.25 million from Margaret
McCain to Mount St. Vincent University in Halifax, NS.
The Mount St. Vincent University will recognize the gift with
the naming of the Margaret Norrie McCain Centre for Teaching,
Learning and Research.
The McCain family has a magnificent legacy of charitable
giving, especially in Atlantic Canada. Since the death of her
husband Wallace last year, Margaret McCain has remained very
active in charitable circles.
