This beautifully designed 4-bedroom cottage offers excellent privacy with over 300 feet of waterfront, and over
an acre of lawn. The cottage itself is slightly elevated with cathedral ceilings and ample windows offering a
beautiful, clear view of a quiet bay on Lake Muskoka. The cottage offers a deck for the morning sun and a large
lakeside deck off the dining room for the afternoon sun. There are relaxing Muskoka chairs at the water's edge
as well as large dock that can accommodate swimmers and boaters. Great for entertaining at the water side,
and enjoying the quiet and peaceful surroundings! It is great for families including the family dog
(unfortunately no cats as we are allergic). We are located off prestigious Walker's Point Road, on Lake
Muskoka. There is plenty of wildlife, with deer at your front door.
In the winter, bring your snow shoes and enjoy nearby Hardy Lake Provincial Park trails, or the frozen lake right
from your door. This is a fully winterized, year round house. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, linens and so much
more.
