 Be at school at 6.15am
 Full PE uniform and Hartzer jacket
 Name marked off in the foyer of the Hall
 Bus groups to be published this week
 Depart for Southern Cross Station
 Upon arrival to Hartzer campus parents will receive a text from the school
LUGGAGE
 Luggage must not exceed 20 kgs
 Pack a day pack, lunch and snacks for Day 1 (can’t exceed 5 kg)
 Students must be able to carry their own luggage
UNIFORM AND CLOTHING
 Thermals essential
 Full PE uniform. Correct tracksuit pants, correct shoes (runners), Hartzer Jacket
 During the school day, neat casual, no pyjamas

Process
 During SAILS the guidelines for the use of technology were determined

 To be used during free time
 To be used during class time with the agreement of the teacher
 To be used responsibly at night time
 Meal times are screen free

 They may be used for educational purposes with the approval of the teacher

 No set time or day for contacting home
 Students will not be contactable at all times
 Students will be able to email home
 Parent Blog with happenings of each day and photos
 For emergencies please ring the school numbers provided

 Pick up and drop off on the same day 8.00am-9.00pm
