Welcome visitors! We’re glad you’re here!
We are honored you joined us this morning. As you worship with us, you will be
warmly greeted by our fellowship, have an opportunity to encounter God, and be
encouraged through the teaching of the Word. We value being a family of believers
who love one another, gather together to encounter the presence of God, and believe we have been commissioned to extend the Kingdom of God on earth as it is in
heaven.
Service Format…What you should expect
Following announcements, we begin each service with communion. We obey the
Lord’s command to examine our lives in light of His sacrifice and impending return.
The communion message is presented by a variety of members of CCC.
Praise, worship, and spiritual gifts follow. During this time, we encourage all biblical expressions of praise and worship, such as clapping, lifting of hands, shouting,
dancing, and bowing. Such biblical expressions usher in the presence of God which
is commonly marked by the release of various spiritual gifts. All are encouraged to
participate in this portion of our service. Please see 1 Corinthians 12 and 14 for
more explanation.
The ministry of the Word follows our time of worship. This is a time of teaching and
preaching from the Bible. We encourage everyone to bring a Bible and to take
notes. To order a CD of the service, please email Michele White. The cost is $3.00
per CD, plus shipping if needed to be mailed. ([email protected])
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays, there will be an opportunity to receive prophetic ministry after the service from our trained ministry teams. We will have a table at each
of the front corners of the sanctuary where prophetic teams will be available to
you. Most Sundays, you have an opportunity to receive prayer for healing and others needs. This is not a time for extended prayer, counseling, or deliverance.
Nursery & Children’s Church
A nursery for infants through age two is
located in the last room on your right as
you enter the building.
Our Children’s Church offers
Pre-/K, and a 1st to 4th grade class.
We also have a Discipleship Class
for 5th - 7th grades. The overhead
screen will signal the dismissal for Children’s Church
during praise and worship at about 11:15 a.m. At
this point, all children can proceed to class. Teachers
will meet the children at the back of the sanctuary to
escort them.
Deliverance is the Biblical process of recognizing and breaking
the influence of evil spirits in
our lives, families, churches and
nations through the weapons
given us in Christ Jesus our
Lord. Personal Deliverance
Ministry is available for those
who feel a need to be set free
in these areas. For details, go to
the ministries tab at the CCC
website, click on Personal Deliverance Ministry and follow the
steps presented. If you would
like to be on a
ministry team,
contact Rick or
Tina Watson,
(404) 642-5138.
